Clear device passcode

The Clear Passcode command unlocks a device until a new passcode is set. On iOS devices, clearing the passcode disables Touch ID.

This command is available on all managed Android corporate and macOS devices.

1. Select the Devices tab in top navigation.
2. Select a device from the list.
3. In the right panel, click the More Actions dropdown.
4. Choose Clear Passcode.
5. Click Confirm.
